• Absolute uniformity is not guaranteed

These variations shall not be considered defects.

2. Product Usage & Risk

All products are fragile decorative items and must be handled with care. Layered La shall not be responsible for:

• Damage caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or accidental drops

• Use by children without supervision

• Any injury or loss resulting from misuse

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order at our sole discretion

• Cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Errors

While we strive for accuracy:

• Pricing or product description errors may occur

• We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice

• Orders affected may be canceled or modified

5. COD & Partial Prepayment Policy

All Cash on Delivery orders require partial advance payment:

• Orders without successful prepayment will not be processed

• Refusal to accept COD delivery may lead to account restrictions or blacklisting from future orders

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product models, images, and branding are owned by Layered La:

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited

• Legal action may be taken against infringement

7. Third-Party Inspiration Disclaimer

Certain products may be inspired by movies, games, or pop culture:

• We do not claim ownership of such intellectual properties

• These are fan-inspired artistic interpretations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Layered La shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic-related disruptions

• Logistics or courier delays

• Government restrictions

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad

11. Refund & Claim Evidence Requirement

All refund or exchange requests are strictly subject to valid unboxing video proof as defined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Absence of such proof will result in automatic rejection of claims.
