Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours:
Orders enter processing/production
Cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances
2. Prepayment Clause
All partial advance payments are:
Non-refundable after 24 hours
Treated as confirmation and allocation of production resources
3. Mandatory Video Proof (Strict Requirement)
For any damage, defect, or incorrect product claim:
An unboxing video is compulsory
The video must be:
Continuous (no cuts or edits)
Clearly showing sealed package opening
Showing product condition immediately after unpacking
No video = No claim
Claims submitted without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:
Product is received damaged, or
Wrong item is delivered
Subject to successful verification of video proof.
5. Claim Timeframe
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Minor variations in color, finish, or detailing (handcrafted nature)
Damage caused after delivery
Failure to provide unboxing video
Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics
Incorrect address or contact details provided
Refusal to accept COD orders
8. COD Refusal & Abuse Policy
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order:
The order will be marked as failed
The user may be restricted or blacklisted from future purchases
Any prepaid amount will be forfeited
9. Fraud & Misuse Clause
We reserve the right to:
Reject any claim suspected to be fraudulent
Deny refunds/exchanges at our discretion
Take necessary action against misuse of policies
